Four platforms. Three ways to connect.

There are three connection styles, depending on the platform.

WhatsApp — enter your phone number, receive a pairing code, and AI Reply Assistant links as a companion device over WhatsApp's Multi-Device protocol.

Telegram — enter your phone number, receive a verification code, and confirm it; the connection is made on-device via the Client API (TDLib).

Instagram and Messenger — sign in on Meta's own login page, opened inside the app (Instagram's login for Instagram, Facebook's for Messenger). You enter your credentials on Meta's page, any two-factor or security checks are handled there, and only the resulting session is stored on your device. We never see or store your password.

Every connection is made from your own device — messages go straight from your device to the network, and nothing routes through a Flowbie server.

Yes. AI Reply Assistant connects to WhatsApp directly from your device using the Whatsmeow protocol — your messages go straight from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac to WhatsApp’s network, so end-to-end encryption is preserved and nothing is routed through our servers. Once connected, your WhatsApp chats appear in the same inbox as Telegram, Instagram, and Messenger, and you can send text, media, voice messages, reactions, stickers, and polls — with Apple Intelligence and optional Claude drafting replies for you.

Yes. Alongside WhatsApp, AI Reply Assistant connects to Telegram on-device via TDLib, Telegram’s official client library. Your Telegram chats sit in the same unified inbox as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger, with support for text, media, voice messages, reactions, stickers, polls, scheduled messages, bots, and Telegram-specific touches like silent send and slow mode. AI Reply Assistant is a messaging app — voice and video calls are not supported. More platforms are on the roadmap.

Yes. AI Reply Assistant connects to your Instagram direct messages through the Messagix bridge, running on your device. You sign in on Instagram’s own login page inside the app — we never see or store your password, and two-factor prompts are handled by Instagram — and only the resulting session is kept on-device. Your Instagram DMs then sit in the same unified inbox, with text, media, voice messages, reactions, stickers, group chats, and scheduled messages. A few things work differently or not at all on Instagram: document and PDF sends are not accepted; there is no disappearing-message timer (Instagram’s Vanish Mode is controlled from Instagram itself) and no continuous live location; polls are limited to group chats; and location and contact sharing go through as a maps link and a formatted text message rather than native cards (Instagram’s DM API has no native card for either). Yes. AI Reply Assistant connects to Facebook Messenger through the Messagix bridge, running on your device. Your Messenger chats then join the same unified inbox, with text, media (including documents), voice messages, reactions, stickers, group chats, and scheduled messages. A few things behave differently: disappearing messages can only be set in end-to-end encrypted chats; polls are limited to group chats; there is no continuous live location; and location and contact sharing go through as a maps link and a formatted text message rather than native cards (Messenger’s API has no native card for either). Both WhatsApp Personal (for individuals) and the WhatsApp Business App (for small businesses) are fully supported. In short: if you use the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app on your iPhone, AI Reply Assistant works with your account.

You connect by entering your phone number and a pairing code, which links AI Reply Assistant as a companion device over WhatsApp's Multi-Device protocol — any account that supports linked devices works.

It does not use the WhatsApp Business API/Platform (also called WhatsApp Cloud API) — a separate, server-side product built for medium and large enterprises to send automated messages at scale through third-party providers. Here is how the two approaches compare:

AI Reply Assistant supports every kind of Telegram user account — Personal, Premium, Business, and Anonymous/Numberless. You connect with your phone number and a verification code via Telegram's Client API (TDLib), the same technology behind Telegram Desktop and the other official clients.

Premium perks (faster downloads, exclusive stickers, higher limits) and Business tools (operating hours, location sharing, automated greetings, quick replies, and more) all carry over and work alongside AI Reply Assistant's own features. Anonymous/Numberless accounts created with blockchain-based numbers (e.g. via Fragment) work too — just enter the Fragment number like any other; AI Reply Assistant does not distinguish between SIM-based and Fragment-based numbers.

Bot accounts cannot be logged into. Telegram bots are created via @BotFather, have no phone number, and can't authenticate through TDLib — so you can't sign in as a bot. You can still receive and reply to bot messages in your inbox. AI Reply Assistant does not use the Telegram Bot API; your messages go straight from your device to Telegram's network using the same protocol as the official app.

Yes. AI Reply Assistant runs on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Silicon Macs (M1 and later) on iOS 26 or macOS Tahoe 26, so you can read and reply to WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and Messenger on a bigger screen. The connection is made on your own device and preserves end-to-end encryption on WhatsApp and Telegram — it is not WhatsApp Web, and nothing is mirrored through a browser or our servers.
